She has over 10 years legal experience specialising in Body Corporate law, Building Management Group compliance and Company Title governance including being a Partner of highly regarded property law firm specialising in shared property litigation and advice.
Nicole is a Co-Author and Editor of The Body Corporate Law Handbook (Qld) published by Body Corporate Matters to help Committees and owners navigate the complex legal landscape of Body Corporate law in Queensland.

Stephanie is one of the most experienced strata and shared property accountants in Queensland. She has worked in the strata industry in accounting and finance for over 25 years.
Stephanie led the finance division as the Group Finance Manager for one of Queensland’s largest Body Corporate companies managing strata complexes with values in excess of $500 million.
Stephanie is very passionate about body corporate/strata and has extensive project management experience and expertise in managing Company Title schemes and Building Management statements (BMS) in Mixed Used Developments. She has an excellent reputation for providing reliable, quality advice for financial transparency. She always upholds the highest ethical standards and transparency to reduce clients' legal risks.
