If your Body Corporate is planning to do a maintenance or repair work project to its apartment building costing $150,000 (exclusive of GST) or more, then be aware that before the work starts your Body Corporate may need to pay a ‘QLEAVE’ levy.
For example, if your Body Corporate’s building and construction project will cost $150,000 (exclusive of GST), then you should budget an additional $862 for the QLEAVE levies.*
